When growing turnover turns deadly

It is easy in a business to concentrate on turnover, often to the detriment of profit margins.

This can lead to issues including overtrading and cash-flow insolvency. The growth of a business should be planned, with appropriate resources applied to the exercise and within the financial constraints within the business, or with appropriate finance. Black Friday is a great example where a huge amount of activity and effort can end up leaving a company no better off other than shifting difficult to sell stock, but at what cost?

Don't get caught up in the FOMO fever.

At KPA we provide strategic advice on business growth and can assist you throughout the process.
